Optical Practice Leader

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our optical team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the optical team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage the practice's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Build strong relationships with clients, peers, and team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the practice remains compliant and competitive.
