We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our optical practice, providing exceptional patient care, and leading a team of optical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff supervision, patient care, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of optical professionals, including dispensing opticians, optical assistants, and other support staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar role in the optical industry.
