Practice Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional service to our clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the dispensing team and optical assistants, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement operational standards, including smart booking and diary management, to ensure efficient and effective practice operations.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients, using excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of our practice, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and working with the management team to implement changes and initiatives.

  • A competitive salary of up to £32k per annum.
  • 5 weeks' holiday, plus additional days off for your birthday each year.
