About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes. The successful candidate will lead a team of Apprenticeship Tutors, setting performance targets and objectives to drive timely success rates, non-starters, referrals, and progressions. Key responsibilities include performance management, recruitment, management, and support of the team, as well as leading staff training to ensure consistency of processes and practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive learner success and retention.
- Lead a team of Apprenticeship Tutors, setting performance targets and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment, management, and support of the team.
- Lead staff training to ensure consistency of processes and practices.
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You:
We're looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving quality learning and achieving learner start and completion targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of Apprenticeships and funding streams, as well as strong communication and organisational skills. They will be confident and professional, with the ability to work with people at all levels and develop strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
