Apprenticeship Performance Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Performance Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality apprenticeships to our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the performance management of our Apprenticeship Tutors, ensuring they meet contractual targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve learner outcomes and progress.
- Work closely with our sales and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to learner recruitment and delivery.
- Monitor and report on programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with our training team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and support to our learners.
- Support the development of our Apprenticeship Tutors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent learner outcomes.
- Proven experience of working in a similar operations/performance manager role, with a strong understanding of apprenticeships and funding streams.
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted requirements and the ability to work with e-portfolios and software platforms.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
