Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the practice adheres to and achieves our set operational standards, including smart booking and diary management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching, mentoring, training, and developing the dispensing team and optical assistants.
- Ensuring the practice meets our operational standards.
- Managing the practice's diary and booking system.
