Practice Manager Opportunity

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the dispensing team and optical assistants, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement operational standards, including smart booking and diary management, to optimize patient flow and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance patient experience and staff engagement.
