Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our practice team, ensuring that we deliver our business objectives and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff management, patient flow, and practice efficiency.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop our dispensing team and optical assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure that our team members are meeting their performance goals.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business and develop strategies to achieve our business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Deputy Practice Manager in an optical practice.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and peers.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions.
