  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop our dispensing team and optical assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Deputy Practice Manager in an optical practice.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and peers.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions.
