Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
- Handle customer inquiries and orders efficiently, providing accurate and timely responses
- Provide price quotes to customers and process purchase orders with accuracy
- Monitor customer websites for updates and requirements, and liaise with customers to keep them informed of order progress
- Support quality compliance and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and improve service delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a customer contact environment
- Experience working with ERP systems and knowledge of export documentation and legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive rapport with customers quickly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- PC literate with intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
