Commercial Range Developer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Range Developer to join our team at Flatspot. As the Buying and Product Administrator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining commercial ranges that meet market demands and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial ranges that align with market trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order submission and accurate product listings
- Analyse sales data and forecasts to inform purchasing decisions and range development
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices and terms
- Enter purchase orders into our WMS and manage warehouse operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Buying Director and suppliers
- Analyse product performance data to inform future purchasing decisions and range adjustments
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information and place orders
- E nsure prompt placement of all product orders
- Utilise data analytics to identify opportunities for reorder and optimisation
- Manage pricing consistency across all sales channels
- Maintain accurate records within our business database
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and process invoices
- Audit orders regularly
- Perform other tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven expertise with Excel or similar software
- Experience with WMS (Peoplevox preferred) and eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in fashion or skateboard retail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Data analysis experience
