Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Master Craftsman for Metal Fabrication to join our team at Bigbury Mint.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and produce high-quality metal medals and other items from start to finish.
  2. Operate and maintain a range of machinery, including presses, lathes, grinders, saws, and fabrication equipment.
  3. Perform quality control checks and ensure all products meet our high standards.
  4. Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our workshop, including cleaning and organization.
  5. Train and supervise other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in metal fabrication and working with machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
