About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Buying and Product Coordinator to join our team at Flatspot. This role involves managing the entire life cycle of orders, from initial analysis to final reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyse sales data and forecasts to inform purchasing decisions
  2. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order submission
  3. Develop and maintain commercial ranges to meet market requirements
  4. Generate product listings for our eCommerce platforms
  5. Enter purchase orders into our WMS and manage warehouse operations
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Buying Director and suppliers
  7. Analyse product performance data to inform future purchasing decisions
  8. Stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity
  9. Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information and place orders
  10. E nsure prompt placement of all product orders
  11. Utilise data analytics to identify opportunities for reorder and optimisation
  12. Manage pricing consistency across all sales channels
  13. Maintain accurate records within our business database
  14. Resolve delivery discrepancies and process invoices
  15. Audit orders regularly
  16. Perform other tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proven expertise with Excel or similar software
  • Experience with WMS (Peoplevox preferred) and eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Background in fashion or skateboard retail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Data analysis experience
