The Day-to-Day role will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and dispatch sales invoices to our valued clients.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date sales and invoicing registers.
- Expertly manage our Invoice/PO logs.
- Meet weekly and monthly processing deadlines with precision.
- Skillfully resolve disputed invoices through negotiation, ensuring prompt payment within agreed terms.
- Foster effective communication with Departmental Managers.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the Commercial Control Manager.
Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:
- Prior experience in a similar Sales ledger role.
- Minimum educational qualification: GCSE standard.
- Proficiency in essential software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365.
- Mastery of Sage software for streamlined and efficient invoice processing.
- Exceptional organisational skills with an unwavering commitment to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling seamless teamwork.
- A dedication to accuracy and an unwavering commitment to upholding financial integrity.
