Job Title: Temporary Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator to join our team at Brook Street NMR. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering rosters and timesheets, updating systems, databases, and records, and maintaining efficient filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of rosters and timesheets
  • Accurately update systems, databases, and records
  • Set up and maintain efficient filing systems
  • General office administration for the management team

Requirements:

  • Able to follow well-established processes and detailed instructions
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
