Job Description

Fella and Jones, a dynamic Premium Womenswear Brand, invites applications for a Womenswear Brand Loyalty Manager. As a key contributor to our customer-centric initiatives, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in the fashion/e-commerce industry. A customer-centric approach, analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms are essential. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing retention strategies, overseeing email and SMS campaign execution, collaborating with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams, and monitoring industry trends to innovate retention efforts.

We offer a competitive annual salary of approximately $92,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
