Data-Driven Insight: Loyalty Program Design: Create and optimise loyalty programs that elevate the customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams for seamless customer experiences.
A/B Testing & Optimisation: Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends and apply them to innovate our retention efforts.

Experience: 2+ years in retention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (fashion/e-commerce preferred).
