Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue and volume targets, as well as managing a team of Business Development Managers.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of leading high-performing sales teams in a B2B environment. They must have excellent leadership skills, the ability to drive and motivate team members, and generate high employee morale and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieving new business revenue and volume targets through effective coaching and management of BDMs.
- Delivering self-generated new business through ongoing training and development of BDMs.
- Conducting regular one-on-one reviews with BDMs to ensure effective communication and understanding of training needs.
- Monitoring and managing sales KPIs and reporting on sales performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Main Requirements:
- Significant experience of leading high-performing sales teams in a B2B environment.
- Ability to sell to different audiences, including business owners, directors, and HR managers.
- Strong organizational skills, numeracy, a clean driving license, and flexibility to travel across the UK.
Estimated Salary: £80-£120k per annum (OTE). Benefits: Basic salary of £60k per annum, competitive uncapped bonus, company car or car allowance.
