We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Lead to drive sales performance in our Derby office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering results-driven sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive business expansion, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing coaching and development support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
