Job Description

Crowe UK seeks a skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to support the delivery of its people strategy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role:

  • Support the Learning & Development team in delivering national people strategy programmes and initiatives
  • Manage the Learning and Development inbox and coordinate training room bookings
  • Ensure efficient administration of L&D programmes within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain accurate training records and support learner access to the LMS

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to build relationships with stakeholders and influence others

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
