Job Description

\

As a Sales Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, monitoring and managing stock levels, providing timely updates on sales performance and stock control metrics, and fostering robust relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

\

You will also collaborate with sales teams to devise supply solutions that meet customer needs while leveraging the company's capabilities.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for excellence and a minimum of 5 'O' levels or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.

\

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales office environment, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry, is required.

\

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of integrity and ethical business practices, are essential.

\

Proficiency in MOS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with desirable skills in SAP and Microsoft Windows, is also required.
