Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
  • Manage the Learning and Development inbox and process queries.
  • Coordinate training room bookings and relevant training equipment.
  • Maintain training records and ensure accuracy.
  • Support the People Development portal and its contents.
  • Manage joining instructions, registration, and post-course evaluation.
  • Ensure learner access to the LMS and run standard reports.
  • Update employee details and maintain data integrity.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
