Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Commercial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems, Schedule of Rates, and repair/maintenance processes, and be able to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and process subcontractor payments, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Work closely with clients and operations teams to manage risks and resolve queries.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proficient in MS Excel, and have a strong understanding of financial systems, Schedule of Rates, and repair/maintenance processes. Compensation Package: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits
