The Role:

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the on-site architectural supervision and construction management of a high-end residential project in London. Your expertise in Joinery and strong background in architecture will be crucial in ensuring design integrity throughout the building process.

  • On-site Supervision: You will be responsible for overseeing architectural supervision and construction at the London site, ensuring compliance with design standards and project specifications.
  • Scope & Deliverables Management: Monitor Fit-Out contractor scope and report on progress.
  • Project Planning & Resource Allocation: Plan project phases and resource allocation (preferably using Jira and MS Project), ensuring alignment with the overall project master programme.
  • Change Management: Manage review and approval of change requests related to shell, core, and fit-out phases, ensuring timely implementation of design changes on-site.
  • Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with external consultants throughout all project stages to ensure practical, cost-effective, and durable designs are achieved.

Requirements:

  • You must have fluency in English—both written and verbal.
  • This role requires on-site architectural supervision and construction management experience.
  • A Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Project Management Studies, or a related discipline is essential.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Fit-Out Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Site architect, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.

We offer a competitive salary package of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
