Capstone Recruitment is seeking a skilled Luxury Project Coordinator to join our team in London. This prestigious role offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate to support the delivery of luxurious residential and hotel projects for high-net-worth clients.

As a key member of our Project Team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality project delivery. Your duties will include:

  • Project Coordination: Facilitating activities to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Collaboration: Working alongside other project support roles to maintain a streamlined approach and achieve effective project outcomes.
  • Document Management: Producing, formatting, and managing essential documents, agreements, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Building and sustaining strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to support efficient project and task management.
  • Presentation Support: Assisting in the preparation and formatting of presentation materials.
  • Contract Preparation: Supporting the creation of contracts and other formal documents, including the organization of print materials as needed.
  • Template Maintenance: Keeping templates current and accessible for efficient use.
  • Reporting: Coordinating and compiling reports and (when necessary) invoice schedules for the Project Team.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organizing project meetings, liaising with external stakeholders to ensure productive and successful outcomes.
  • Travel Planning: Assisting with arranging travel and related logistics.
  • Note-Taking: Recording minutes or notes during meetings when required.
  • General Administration: Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the Office and Company.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Project Coordination Experience: Ideally having previous experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Administrative Support: Being willing to assist with administrative tasks to support the Project Team and contribute to efficient, high-quality project delivery.
