Teaching Assistant Job Opportunity: SEMH Learning Mentor

We are seeking a highly skilled SEMH Learning Mentor to work with an Alternative Provision for young males with SEMH and other needs in Lichfield, Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum, excellent behaviour management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging support in class.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality learning support to students with SEMH needs
  • Building positive relationships with staff and pupils
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning plans

A competitive salary of £25-30 per hour is offered, along with the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our students.
