VenueScanner is revolutionising the way people discover and book event spaces globally. As a Senior Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to expand our presence within the venue network community.

Your primary objectives include:

  1. Promoting retention and revenue expansion among key venue clients across diverse sectors.
  2. Cultivating long-term partnerships with venue groups, aligning their goals with ours to drive mutual success.
  3. Ensuring effective onboarding, training, and performance management of existing and new clients.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to champion customer-centric solutions.

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in account revenue growth, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Proven expertise in selling at group/network levels and leveraging CRM/HubSpot tools.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.

We offer an attractive annual salary of $90,000, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment that supports personal and professional growth.
