Children's Outcomes Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner to join our team in Tameside.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of skills and knowledge, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for achieving good outcomes for children.
As a Children's Outcomes Specialist, you will contribute to ensuring timely care and permanence planning for children, achieving this through professional and reflective supervision, supporting staff learning and development, and ensuring the production of high-quality work.
You will be responsible for modelling good practice, working collaboratively and creatively to achieve the best outcomes for our cared-for children.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely care and permanence planning for children.
- Provide professional and reflective supervision.
- Support staff learning and development.
- Produce high-quality work to improve outcomes for children.
