**Job Summary**

Scania (Great Britain) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our team at Scania Swindon. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for the day-to-day costing and financial management of the branch.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner, using the company standard greeting.
  • Process and manage branch work in progress, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Verify that campaigns are completed and costed correctly, adhering to company standards.
  • Work within credit control policy and procedures, ensuring seamless communication with internal departments.
  • Perform costing on warranty, retail, repair, and maintenance work, adhering to company standards.
  • Provide fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorized where necessary.
  • Audit job cards, associated service documentation, and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures.
  • Resolve and assist in invoice queries as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are escalated to the manager, ensuring the quickest resolution possible.
