About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Identity and Collaboration Team within the IT department at the National Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving and delivering our technology roadmap, primarily as a Microsoft 365 administrator working across both the Microsoft and Cisco Webex ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Trust gets the most out of its Microsoft and Cisco Webex collaboration products, while keeping our charitable cause front of mind.
- Support and develop Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, as well as looking after user identity and its process into Entra.
- Drive identity integrations with other cloud-based services using Entra as the IdP.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft, collaboration, and identity technologies, and bring enthusiasm and drive to the role.
Requirements
- Experience working on projects with the ability to provide formal tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Entra.
- Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft 365 administrative suite and Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of PowerPlatform features and administrative knowledge of SharePoint Online, particularly around SharePoint Modern sites.
- An understanding of user Identity and Access Management, including SSO/Provisioning and Conditional Access Policy controls.
- Administrative knowledge of collaboration tools, including Cisco Webex.
- Experience in preparing technical solutions options and design documentation.
