About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end administration process within the Mortgage team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely process
  • Process mortgage applications and update the system with accurate information and documentation
  • Perform general administration duties, such as email management and data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an administration role within the mortgage industry
  • Familiarity with CRMs and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
