About the Role:

Recruit UK is seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join a successful practice in the financial services industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to work in the HMO and Buy to Let team, providing mortgage and protection advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Work closely with the HMO and Buy to Let team to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to ensure the highest level of expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a mortgage and protection advice role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products, including mortgages, protection, and investments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • CeMAP certification or equivalent.
