Job Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Field Engineer Manager at Ground Control, you must possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively. You should have a strong background in electrical engineering, with an HNC level qualification or equivalent experience. A Senior Authorised Person position with Field Control as defined by UK Power Networks Distribution Safety Rules is also required. In addition, you should have a good understanding of UK Power Networks electrical shutdown provision processes, rules, and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a hybrid working arrangement, cycle-to-work scheme, and travel loans.
