We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead and manage our tree cutting electrical provision team within Ground Control's operational area with UK Power Networks in EPN. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of electrical shutdown provision processes, rules and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering their own tree cutting related power outages, as well as leading and managing the electrical provision team to ensure that all programmes of work are delivered to time and budget and in line with contractual commitments to time, cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficient and comprehensive planning and delivery of all individual as well as team assigned tree cutting power outages.
  • Support and drive the delivery of the overall tree cutting power outage programme.
  • Manage the electrical provision team to ensure that all programmes of work are delivered to time and budget and in line with contractual commitments to time, cost and quality.

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills and a strong understanding of electrical shutdown provision processes, rules and regulations. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
