Role Overview:

The Energy Division at ARM is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join their award-winning Engineering consultancy based in Cambridge or Bristol. This perm role offers a salary of £37,500 - £55,000 and comes with a range of benefits.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrical Engineer to work on a varied portfolio of projects both in the UK and internationally. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical advice to clients on the operation of electrical/mechanical engineering services in existing buildings, prepare fee proposals, deliver refurbishment and upgrade projects from inception to completion, and lead electrical services design on large projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on a diverse range of projects
  • Providing expert technical advice to clients
  • Preparing and delivering project proposals
  • Leading electrical services design on large projects
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical knowledge in Electrical Design Engineering
  • Thorough understanding of Building Services Engineering
  • Good experience in the use of standards and codes applied in building services
  • Wiring Regulations; Fire Detection Systems; General and Emergency Lighting design knowledge
