Job Opportunity: Electricity Systems Development Specialist

CV Library is seeking an experienced Electricity Systems Development Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor to our Innovation and Engineering teams, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems to support manufacturing and systems development processes.

About the Role:
  1. Develop electrical systems for new equipment.
  2. Lead the creation, modification, maintenance, and management of electrical system designs.
  3. Collaborate with our Custom Engineering team to provide electronic design support.
  4. Liaise with subcontract suppliers of electrical components.
  5. Support existing electrical systems.
  6. Work with other members of the Innovation and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in power electronic designs.
  • Fault-finding skills for electrical and electronic circuitry.
  • A willingness to travel and adapt to different work environments.
  • Attention to detail and a quality-driven mentality.
  • Understanding of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and control panel design.
  • Proficiency in EPlan Electric P8 software.

Estimated Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum.
