Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Proactive is currently in search of skilled Electrical Commissioning Engineers to work for a world leading manufacturing company in Cambridge.
The main focus of this role will be to ensure all products are built to the required safety and quality standards, performing electrical testing and commissioning the product using safe systems of work and completing the sign off process in accordance with the manufacturing schedule.
Key Responsibilities- To undertake electrical commissioning of our products to the required processes, safety and quality standards.
- To undertake testing, adjustments and completing the signing off processes.
- Providing support to Electro-Mechanical Technician colleagues in the product build process if needed.
- HNC minimum and ideally HND in Electrical Engineering plus the required technical knowledge and practical experience to support the qualification.
- A proven track record of working with various PLC systems.
- A wide base of engineering skills including electrical, electronic and mechanical.
