Home Support Coordinator

We're looking for a highly skilled Home Support Coordinator to join our team in Wishaw. As a Home Support Coordinator, you will provide assistance to individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in their daily lives.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and make a real difference in their lives. You will be responsible for providing support with medication, finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives.
- Provide support with medication, finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.
- Take an active interest in the hobbies and interests of the individuals we support.
- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
- Generous annual leave.

- Paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance.
