About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as an Aftersales Administrator. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across the UK.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external contacts. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of queries from our customers, proactively investigating cases to provide quick and accurate resolutions.

You will work closely with our supply chain, factories, finance, and commercial teams to ensure timely updates on orders and actions required to resolve product-related issues.

  • Answer emails/calls
  • Assist with all enquiries relating to returns/replacement orders & remedial work
  • Take ownership of query reporting
  • Request quotes for remedial work
  • Raise Purchase Orders on SAP
  • Arrange suitable dates for remedial work to be completed
  • Communicate with Logistics regarding any transport damage
  • Issue standard letters to customers
  • Log & process credit/debits
  • Update prices on SAP where required
  • Provide updates on Credit & Complaints
  • Ensure a full audit trail is documented & the appropriate authorisations are obtained

  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Desirable, not essential: experience with SAP

We offer a competitive salary up to £23,000 (dependent on experience), annual bonus scheme up to 4%, company pension, and flexible benefits offering.
