We are looking for an experienced social worker to join our team, supporting disabled children and their families in Liverpool. As a member of our Early Help Team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users.

Key Tasks:
  • Conducting short break assessments and EHATs.
  • Chairing meetings and engaging in direct work with children and young people.

The successful candidate will require a DipSW or equivalent, registration with the HCPC, a valid DBS certificate, and a full driving license. This is a 3-month temporary contract, working 21 hours per week, with the potential for flexible working arrangements.

Salary Negotiable Dependent on Experience
