This position is available for a qualified Social Worker to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd in providing exceptional support to disabled children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess the needs of disabled children and their families, developing tailored plans to meet those needs.
  2. Work closely with other professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
  3. Candidate must have DipSW or equivalent qualification, registration with the HCPC, current DBS clearance, and a valid car driver's license.
