Disability Support Professionals

Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per annum
As a Disability Support Professional at Concept Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as showering, toileting, and grooming.
- Provide domestic assistance, including meal preparation and cleaning.
- Offer transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Support clients in achieving their NDIS goals by working collaboratively with them.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to transport clients.
- Ability to obtain a First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children's Check (paid), and NDIS Worker Check.
