Key Responsibilities:

  3. Develop and maintain relationships with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

Essential Requirements:

  • DipSW or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Registration with the HCPC is mandatory.
  • Current DBS clearance and a valid car driver's license are also required.
