We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our senior leadership team as a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will oversee a team of social workers, develop strategies for improved practice, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve better outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social care principles, outstanding leadership and management skills, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships and drive positive change.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a highly effective and efficient service that prioritizes the needs of vulnerable children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead a team of social workers and other professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve practice and achieve better outcomes for children and young people.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • A degree in social work or a related field.
  • Significant experience of working in a leadership role in social care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

£58,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for career development.
