Social Work Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Social Worker to join our team as an Assistant Team Manager on a long-term temporary basis.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work, be registered with Social Work England and hold the right to work within the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in quality assurance initiatives and implement new policies to improve outcomes for children and families.
- Carry out audits and reviews of policies and procedures to identify gaps while implementing development initiatives for social workers based on learning from audits.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and the outcomes of local and national safeguarding reviews.
- Provide support to ensure staff understand and follow new policies and processes, including group supervision.
- Work with team managers to prepare for inspections and develop learning from them.
- A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, paid weekly

- In-house payroll providing weekly payments and support
