Social Work Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Specialist to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years+ experience in a Children's Social Work team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, working with children and families, managing case loads, and collaborating with other professionals.
This is a 37 hour per week temporary contract with competitive pay rates, weekly payroll, and access to an online training portal. Successful candidates must hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
Estimated Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans
- Working closely with children, families, and other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Managing complex caseloads and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Liaising with other professionals, including health visitors, teachers, and social workers
