Job Title: Senior Researcher

About the Role:

PAVE Insight Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher to contribute to its research efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead research initiatives to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors in the connected mobility sector.
  2. Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis, to gather insights and validate hypotheses.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives, develop research methodologies, and interpret findings.
  4. Prepare and present research reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the connected mobility ecosystem.
  6. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth based on research findings and market analysis.
  7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior research analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  8. Support business development efforts by providing research insights and data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

5+ years of experience in quantitative market research or a related analytical role.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, including data and statistical analysis tools and techniques (MS Excel, Power BI, etc.) and research methodologies.

Experience with industry data mining tools (e.g., D&B, Comtrade, Eurostat, etc.) is a strong asset.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas orally and in writing into clear and actionable insights and top-quality reports, articles, and blogs.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Proven track record of conducting quantitative market research and competitive analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and market trends in the connected mobility industry is a plus.
