About the Role

The Department of Health and Social Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead its Policy and Legislation team. As Head of Policy and Legislation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective policies and legislation to improve the quality of health and social care services on the Isle of Man.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to deliver the Department's primary and secondary legislation programme
  • Develop and implement policies and legislation to improve health and social care services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Department
