Commercial Development Manager

About the Role:
Tech Buildr is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a hybrid working Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with mid-large legal practices through outbound calls, emails, and social media contact.
You will work closely with our existing team to ensure a smooth transition into the role and participate in a comprehensive induction and training program to learn our product, key intelligence for the legal sector, potential objections, and territory planning.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls, emails, and social media contact to build relationships with mid-large legal practices.
- Booking meetings and demos for our field sales team.
- Leveraging your skills in objection handling and effective CRM use to drive success.
- Working closely with our existing team to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a BDR/SDR/Inside Sales style, cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound B2B sales role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a UK passport holder.
- Experience in objection handling, booking meetings, and effective CRM use is essential.
- Commutable to our East Midlands office twice per month.
- An advantage but not essential: any experience working in a legal business or studying law as part of a degree.
