About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to support a senior disabled gentleman in his daily life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including showering and assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Perform household chores, such as ironing and changing bedding.
  • Assist with meal preparation and supervision while eating.
  • Accompany the client on shopping trips.
Requirements:
  • A reliable and trustworthy individual with a good sense of humour.
  • Basic first aid training or willingness to complete before starting the job.
  • Driving licence with access to a vehicle.
  • DBS check (costs covered by employer).

The successful candidate will work 16 hours and 45 minutes per week over six days. The day off is negotiable.

Hours will include:

  • 8am for 30 minutes (three times a week).
  • 2pm for 30 minutes.
  • 5pm for 30 minutes.
  • Evening for 30 minutes.

The remaining two hours are flexible and will be discussed at interview.

Estimated Salary: £12.00 per hour
