Role Overview

Austin Fraser is a dynamic Health & Social Care Agency seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill shifts as Personal Care Professionals working with elderly residents within Nursing or Residential Homes in Durham and surrounding areas.

We are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents, assisting them with daily activities they may struggle with on their own. If you are willing to travel for a higher rate of pay, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months recent work experience as a Care Assistant, ideally 2 years.
  • Your own car is preferred due to the location of certain sites.
  • You must hold a current DBS on the online update service, which will speed up the recruitment process.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training certificates are also required and will expedite the hiring process.
